    Purpose

    We do not want to turn leaders into coaches, we want to offer them effective tools for managing employees.

    Program

    By participating in this workshop, participants will: 

    • Learn a 'coaching for results' model to integrate with their managerial role to achieve concrete and impactful results (knowing when to adopt the coaching role and when not);
    • Develop a coaching approach (vs. a problem-solving mindset) as a powerful management, mentoring and leadership model;
    • Test out useful tools to gain clear commitment and strong accountability;
    • Train specific behaviours for a winning mindset and effective people management.

    All workshops are highly interactive and involve both individual and group activities. 

    The participants' presence, participation and active involvement are considered an essential part of the creative learning process. Therefore, evaluation at this stage is based on the ability to apply it to real personal and business challenges.

    Participants should come to this course with a clear and well-defined situation on which to generate ideas based on the previous module.
