Group coaching supervision

Supervision work is a space for learning and reflection dedicated to being a coach. A reflective practice to observe yourself in your own coaching practice, exploring what happens in the session, in the relationship with the client and opening yourself up to new awareness.

  • 5 group sessions of approximately 90' duration; one session every 6 weeks;
  • 2 individual sessions of 60';
  • Minimum number of participants 4; maximum 8 participants.

    Who is Supervision for? 

    To all coaches who wish to work in a practical way on their own professional development, continuous learning and for their own growth as a coach through moments of reflective practice.

    Program

    The practice of supervision is a time devoted to reflection and exploration of our being. Starting from the sharing of real cases and sessions with clients, we work on the content through a systemic perspective, also addressing ethical doubts and dilemmas.
