The world of television has changed drastically in the last few years with an exponential rise in the number and type of channels on offer, and the need for diversification has become urgent.

NSE has intervened with projects related to the Start Up phase, a moment in which determining choices in terms of expansion risk neglecting the needs of company resources, leaving their professional identity uncertain. We worked creatively to obtain a strategic alignment between the various departments and to bring company priorities into focus while at the same time interiorizing them. We worked to research insights with which the company could build its value and develop its core competences. A process of profound change requires Managers capable of facing challenges while reinforcing their own potential, conscious of their own weak points and how to overcome them. With this in mind, NSE focused on single managerial resources, with tailor made activities, in a course of Impact Coaching, which then put participants’ new skills to the test, putting them through processes to be simplified and readapted from a creative renewal point of view.
