Biogen Idec creative thinking day NSE Hilton Milano

Our challenge involved managers from all of the company’s global branches who came to follow a training course on creative leadership. NSE intervened to stimulate its application to real and hypothetical business cases, focusing the group’s attention on problems and creative opportunities both in day-to-day situations as well as in medium- and long-term development plans. This allowed us to pass on to all of the managers coming from different countries a common language and method for the development of creativity when facing challenges and seeking new opportunities. The company thereby fostered its own change, identifying the creative leaders of the next generation.
