These companies work with extremely particular procedures: sales structures evolve according to multilevel logistics, word of mouth, in which identifying the talented individuals who will work with direct sales is a key phase which can have a substantial impact on the development of the business. This is the vision on which we developed our project, working with regional managers, the key resources that manage the growth of a business. We created a unique itinerary, just for them, because we wanted them to become creative; this was obtained by assembling a training plan which was practical yet at the same time innovative, which allowed them to apply creative thinking to sales plans and strategies. A change to the traditional approach is necessary, an engaging change, driven by a new mindset. Regional managers thereby become creative leaders.
