Companies that we’ve created projects for which own numerous points of sale nationwide with the same logo often concentrate on business concepts that are linked to single locations, out of respect for the core values of the brand . Managing one of these locations requires evaluating what’s happening in the zone of reference on a day-to-day basis, providing for the needs, both emotional and practical, of customers, and having a sixth sense to pick up on or predict trends.

Over the course of a well-articulated project, NSE developed different activities to reach two goals: having cohesive and compact teams across the different stores, and exploring the business concept in all of its different facets, with respect to the company values. Because doing business means being innovative before the others, sustaining and nourishing this approach daily by being fully aware of behavioral choices made. The result? Store managers, innovators in their attitudes and in their modes of operation, are Creative Leaders, businesspeople who reflect the values of the brand.
